When You Think You're Out of Things To Do

... the holidays can be painfully long to some people.
Especially when they have nothing better to do.

So when you grow tired of sitting in front of the pc, out of books that can inspire you to read, cant find the mood to listen to records, have nowhere left to visit, losing (and eventually got you fired and left you bereft in confidence to keep on playing) in fm08, watched the same shows on repeat on tv, out of cash to hit the town with friends, found out that your laptop is short of specs to install the long awaited fm09 and having a terrible unerasable mentality of "excercising can kill you, not excercising can kill you, i choose not to excercise", you can simply grow tired of holidays.

What the hell am i talking...
i found the dullest blog in the world and there's a new show on kbs,
and im getting used to facebook now.
sputnikmusic has been a rich source of good music to dig in to
and goal.com has now started a forum!
so, i have a lot of things to do now.
and when you think you're out of things to do, it is best to search for records of things that you always wanted to do- new year's resolution or in my case, the post before this one-

I'm still in holiday mood. dont worry!

on another note, the finals result will come out on the 17th.
i believe it'll be released earlier like the previous 3.
i have a bad feeling things won't go right...

Its the Holidays!!!

... yeah baby!

So i get to go online more regularly. and i saw this on the web this morning at yahoo (its my pc's homepage) which i uncharacteristicly got my pc screen sprayed by teh suam from my nose coz it read "the death of soap operas".

so what if there'll be no more soap operas in the future?

i dunno bout the us but here in malaysia i can only remember one soap opera famed for the cruel yet cunning fashion boutique owner dato' mansor in "Idaman" (i was a devoted follower mind you). and pretty much, that was it. i can't remember any other local made 100++ episodes soap operas after the soaps ended. and there were no desperate mak ciks wrote anything in the papers or any reports bout ppl going mental when idaman ceased production. that was it. nothing else.

anyways, now its the holidays. i finally found the joy of using facebook.
and my plan for this holidays?

- learn cooking from mother
- redecorate this blog
- reread mitch albom's the 5 person you meet in heaven, some dan browns and lydia teh's takes in honk!
- make plans for acels next semester
- learn a few songs for guitar
- play football manager 2009
- ym those unknowns in my ym (its high time to know who the hell they are)
- watch kbs world

... man, the air feels fresher outside uitm...

I Like Women – A Depressing Piece of Unapologetic Emoism

I long to speak to you in private,
Saying “I love you,
And do you love me too?”
But I’m scared like shit
To say this otherwise gay but simple set of words.
I fear rejection. No.
I fear how you’ll treat me once I let go of this feeling I can’t help.
I risk friendship for this you know.
Well, that might answer why some men,
however good looking they are still staying single. (ehm)
Ah! I might end up being gay
If I keep on contemplating about this every day.
I have a friend who sings like Elton John.

I can’t remember the last time i posted a poem or any form of word art. I think I’m going to die. Thank you.

Failing Brain Recesses

Enter the season where ppl from all over the campus bury their heads in piles of books in an effort to not screw their exam results!

So there's a trend that i find it rather troubling in my campus and i suppose the same happens in your place too; the final exam rehearsels(sp?)... so this is the time where lecturers often do last minute reservations to get a certain dewan baru/ dewan lama/ lts/ lct halls/ etc so that they can get their get-these-students-finish-off-their-tests burden out of their chests.

That said, the libry now is full of ppl reading notes, writing notes, doing practices, texting, sleepin, dreaming, discussing how to deal with this and that questions, and lepakking at the IT section. not all bad though given this new lease of life to the ever so dull libry.

Going out with friends too is getting quite hard to adjust. let say u wanna go to a certain mamak to watch football on one saturday with your friends who happens to be from other faculties - civil, computer science, geometics, finance... i guess id rather go out myself if transport is not a problem.

Oh yes, now the libry too is full of chicks, not a bad place to go chick hunting, but they so happen to be loud, which is not that cute given the circumstance mentioned. and given that you have 4 tests coming in succession is realy no help when you want to get that chick's number or asking this chick out.

But all hope is not lost though. Ive just finished my slaving session to the books yesterday. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA...

My finals will start on the 29th. Thank you.
